Agreement

By visiting the xplay website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use of the xplay service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"), which constitute an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User ") and xplay and govern your use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement").

Conclusion of the Agreement

To conclude the Agreement, you must reach the age of majority. If you are under 18 years old (or the age of majority according to the laws of your place of residence), you must obtain permission from your parents or legal representative to enter into the Agreement.

By using the Service, you confirm that in accordance with the applicable law, you have reached the age of majority and have the right to enter into the Agreement independently or have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardian to enter into the Agreement.

We reserve the right to block a User's account if we have sufficient grounds to believe that such User is violating the Agreement.

xplay Account

Registration

To register a user account on xplay (hereinafter referred to as "account") and use the Service, you must:

  1. have an account on Steam;
  2. log into your xplay Account through your Steam account;
  3. read and accept these Terms of Use, and familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You are responsible for managing and protecting your Account, maintaining the confidentiality and restricting access to your Account, as well as for all actions that occur on behalf of your Account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service under your Account complies with any applicable laws and these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

If we discover or have grounds to believe that you are materially violating the Terms of Use, we may take the following actions at our discretion without prior notice:

  • Refuse to register the Account;
  • Block your Account;
  • Delete your Account.

We may take any and all of the above actions at our discretion without any liability or additional obligations of any kind to you or any other party.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Account, please contact our support service via online chat. Upon deletion of your Account, this Agreement will be terminated.

Server Rules

While playing on our servers, you must adhere to the behavior rules listed below. The following actions are prohibited on our servers:

  • cheating, hacking, or scripting;
  • insulting players, deceiving/misleading others, showing aggression and intolerance;
  • using language that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or unacceptable from a racial, ethical, or other standpoint;
  • circumventing server bans using another Steam account;
  • using any software prohibited by Steam (Valve Corp.);
  • spamming, advertising any goods/services, posting links;
  • using features for unfairly obtaining xcoins;
  • impersonating administrators or other participants;
  • encouraging other players to violate the rules or attempting to coerce them into doing so.

We reserve the right to block a User if we have sufficient grounds to believe that such User is violating these Rules.

Subscription

The basic features of the Service are provided free of charge. To access additional features of the Service, you may subscribe on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription"). Subscription plans, as well as the corresponding terms, costs, and purchasing methods, are listed on the Site.

Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it. We may change our subscription plans and prices for our services from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will take effect no earlier than 30 days after notifying you.

Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial period (hereina fter referred to as "Trial Period"). The terms of the Trial Period are displayed on the Site. At the end of the Trial Period, the regular Subscription price will be automatically charged.

If you do not wish to continue using the Subscription after the Trial Period ends, you must cancel it in your Personal Account on the Platform no later than 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period. All users who sign up for the Trial Period must provide payment account details and authorize automatic charges for the subscription cost at the end of the Trial Period in accordance with the Payment Data Storage Terms.

The Trial Period is offered only once. Using the trial period by one user across different Steam accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove or cancel the Trial Period offer or change its features at any time.

Paid Content

Xplay may offer you access to additional features of the Service available for a one-time payment. The terms for accessing additional features of the Service are available on the Site.

Payment Policy

To purchase a Subscription, you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a valid, accepted method of payment. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Site. All applicable terms and policies of the respective Payment Method will apply to payment processing. The relevant terms and policies must be reviewed and accepted by the User before making any transaction.

Xplay is not responsible for any delays in payment and/or actions of the respective Payment Method. If the currency of your payment account differs from the currency specified on the site, your payment will be converted to the specified currency at the time of payment at your bank's conversion rate. The amount due will be indicated on the xplay payment page, and xplay has no influence or responsibility for the conversion rates set by payment organizations.

By paying for the Subscription, you confirm that you are the legal owner of all bank cards or other payment accounts that you use to make payments.
